2. Eligibility

3. User Accounts and Conduct

4. Content Ownership

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading them, you grant PhotoPal a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the game service during your session.
• Our Content: All software, design, and branding within the App are the property of PhotoPal.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• Subscription Management: Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and managed via our third-party subscription management service.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or store policies.
• Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing or subscription models at any time.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHOTOPAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
